A true 1940's elegant piece of art for you! A rare and stunning 'Rose De France' hued natural step cut square emerald amethyst with diamond adorned swirls and sparkle and a unique style! A vintage and elaborate ring such as this one is a rare find indeed! This ring features an approximate 12ct step cut square emerald cut 'Rose De France' amethyst set in a four-prong basket mounting, with an open scrollwork gallery, on a half-round shank which measures 1.50mm to 2.36mm in width, with open, bowed shoulders. In addition to that sparkling lavender gemstone (the birthstone for February!) are eight single cut diamonds, atop scrollwork galleries. The amethyst is eye clean, measures approximately 14.69mm x 14.71mm x 10.38mm, and weighs approximately 12.00 carats. The diamonds have the quality grade range of G-H color, SI1-SI2 in clarity, and weigh from approximately .02cts to .05cts each, and have an approximate diamond accent weight of .44cts. This enormous cocktail or unique engagement ring has a grand total gemstone and diamond weight being 12.44ct t.w.. This ring measures a whopping 14.7mm North to South, 14.75mm East to West, and is raised 13mm off the finger. This ring has been entirely tested and guaranteed to be luxurious platinum, weighs 9.4 grams, and is currently a finger size 5.5. Approximate total gem weight: 12.44 carats. The ring is unmarked.
